idk, maybe at somepoint down the line. I was kinda just in it for kiryu but maybe cause I just beat it. feels like a wrap for me, atleast for now. I want to try the samurai one though.
Hmmmmm.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
That’s all I can.
you’re referring to that one thing right? tbh I don’t know if I want to play an rpg like yakuza. End game of yakuza games I love knocking out a group of yakuza in like 5 secs. I’ll see how I feel in a few months…or if psn drops it as a game of the month lol.
jumped on mw2’s story. I rrally like it, very sicario/13 hrs/lone survivor at times. yes I know lone survivor and stuff is propaganda and lies but the action scenes are cool.
There’s a thing I want to say, and it’s not strictly spoilery because it’s in the marketing for Infinite Wealth, but if you’re going to go in blind one day then I wouldn’t want to ruin it for you
the guy who looks like the guy but has a different haircut you mean? I mean I didn’t do no digging but I do have eyes!
any of you tried the samurai one though? idk why but I find it calling to me.
Yeah man, that guy. I know some people avoid all the marketing and trailers and such for games, didn’t know if you were one of them. Some people like to go in literally as blind as possible.
Been playing a few different things recently.

Played (and finished) Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake. Hard to criticise a platformer that caters specifically to children and doesn’t offer the same level of innovation or challenge for an adult to sink their teeth into like a Crash Bandicoot, but it’s alright. Sometimes easy af games like that are necessary for times when you just want to turn off your brain and play something colourful.

Finished Pokemon X. Became a slog in the end. Completely lost interest in the final quarter, but it’s a generation ticked off my backlog, and one that I probably won’t return to. The transition to 3D certainly had some teething problems.

Have now started on Pokemon Black instead, which is immediately a lot better. Sort of miss the mandatory EXP share as I can’t particularly be arsed levelling up my entire squad individually, but aside from that, it’s a good time. I enjoy the fact that there is ONLY Gen 5 Pokemon up to a certain point in the story, forces you to learn about the new gen and pick some favourites which is pretty cool.

Started the Apollo Justice Trilogy on PS5. Already played all 3 games individually on 3DS but nice to go back. Both AA4 and AA5 are mad underrated, and I’m hoping Capcom announces AA7 sometime soon.
kinda simultaneously playing mw2(2022) and mw3(2012?) I gotta say, enjoying both for different reasons. mw now feels alot more simmy than anything that was in mw3. it’s crazy how long cod has been with us.
on and off playing mgsv, i finally logged in enough to earn enough mb coins to afford the 4th offshore base. still a fun game
You better play like a dragon! You’re the one who got me in the series! But yeah I get it, I felt the same way too, but once I got used to the controls, and characters, I loved it, and let’s just say a lot of cool shit happens😁
I been replaying Dragonball xenoverse 2, not the best game out there, but I felt like playing a mindless fighting game, so I decided to start all over, and buy some of the dlc.
if it star the man who shall not be named then yeah I’m in. im all about him.
Lol, well… it’s an MGS2 situation is all, and that’s all I gonna say😁
whats the actual name of it? I might give it a few months though, maybe hunt for a sale. I kinda of bitter sweet like the end of the last.
You guys ever hit a slump where you don’t know what to play and end up playing an hour of dozens of different games hoping for something to hit. Still got Pokemon Black on the go but aside from that, I’ve played a little bit of Hello Neighbour 2 (which is just straight up bad tbh), Sifu, Ys: Memories of Celceta and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and I just can’t be arsed with any of them for one reason or another.
yeah it happens, usually I go a few weeks to a month of not playing g anything seriously. maybe mgs2/3 og re games but never more than 30 mins at a time. it happens. I get burned out from all the open worlds we have now
Used to do it all the time. I now try to ensure I’m playing no more than 2 story-centric games at a time to combat it (usually just 1 really) as this always seems to hit me if I start anything more while still getting through others.
I think this is a part of the problem. I’ve been trying to juggle a lot of video games and once, and it’s overwhelmed me.
If you can I’d say cut a few out. Recently I was only playing FFVII Rebirth (first the game itself, now just popping in and out doing post game stuff), eFootball (shit but I still feel a need to turn my mind off with something like this) and Fall Guys (purely casual but I have a laugh with it always). I’m pretty much doing the same now but will swap FFVII:Rebirth for Astro Bot until I feel I’m finished with it.
I always struggle to choose from my backlog. Also can´t (or try not to) start more than 1 long game at once.
I´ve been going back to Death Stranding to finish orders that I haven´t done. Also started Little Nightmares. Not a huge game but I like it so far.
Devil May Cry 3. game of 2024! not alot of games make me buy into their style point rankings but with the gameplay in this being so fun its hard not to. Dante is a stylish cocky bastard, im just role playing.
