I played a lil of it on pc, how the hell did they mess up this series so much, Hardline really was the LINE where it all started to get boring.

Who knows man. EA and DICE were bleeding dev’s like a stuck pig around the time BF1 came out, and even more so deeper into BF5’s life. I really hope they can bring the series back to it’s former glory.
for real, they started chasing that COD money and lootboxes, it fluffed their whole flow up, Align those mother loving chackras DICE!

Same. PS4 is 64 players, which is more than suitable enough. Don’t get me wrong, I think 124 players is dope, but it’s not something I’m interested in playing ALL of the time.
32 v 32 is kind of in a sweet spot for me, it’s enough to feel like a real large engagement but small enough to be able to have fun and generate real BF moments, which have admittedly gone way down since BFBC2 days. BF4/1/5 didn’t really give me those action movie experiences that BF3 and BFBC2 did.
This game has the potential to change all that, I feel.
Anways, what weapons/vehicles/maps are you guys’ excited to see return?
I’m most excited for BFBC2 weapons, specifically the XM8 which wasn’t particularly good, but rather very reminiscent of that era (it also appeared in MGS4) so it’s a real nostalgia trip that we’ll be able to use it. Hopefully they have all the variants available like BFBC2.

Dude this is all ive been thinking about. Bc2 weapons on bf3 maps is like the perfect mesh in my head. Also, rush on arica harbor

If I just had a PS4 I’d be happy with that version, especially since I prefer smaller maps and player numbers too. But since I have a PS5 I’m gonna utilise it. But I can just play smaller games anyway if I want to which I’m sure I will, especially on the Portal.

I don’t have a console other than switch. I don’t see the value in getting a PS4 for this when the console will have another maybe around another 18 months life. Unless I scored a really cheap one.

it was a lil overhyped, I think it was something only available to the sniper class, lil to no real range and full auto? or was that an MGo thing? LOL i dont remember.
I honestly don’t know whtat i’m gonna pick this up for. Still too early for me to tell. I’ll have to feel out what my friend group is getting.
I’m really excited for the BC2 and BF3 maps, back to Karkand as well, these are the classic maps everyone in BF know and love and i’m glad they’re all getting the love they deserve.
